Lead fuel system architecture, integration, testing, and operational support for a jet-powered UAV. Manage engineers and technicians working on tanks, pumps, valves, venting, pressurization, and sensors. Drive fluid/thermal trade studies, coordinate testing and instrumentation, support failure investigations, and align suppliers and schedules with program goals across propulsion, airframe, and manufacturing teams.

Lead mechanical design of ground support equipment (GSE) for next-gen UAS: create CAD models and drawings, perform structural/thermal/fatigue analysis, oversee prototyping and testing, integrate with aircraft systems, support flight tests, and develop documentation for field sustainment.

Lead architecture, design, and development of precision wire harnesses and cable assemblies for autonomous UAVs. Own 3D CAD routing, analysis, prototypes, and testing. Perform electrical and environmental reliability analysis, integrate with avionics/systems/manufacturing, and mentor engineers to establish harness design best practices.

Lead design, development, simulation, testing, and integration of fluid and thermal systems for autonomous aircraft and ground platforms. Drive first-principles modeling, prototype validation, supplier selection, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring system-level thermal performance from concept through production.

Design and develop structural and mechanism systems for autonomous UAV launch/recovery. Create CAD models, perform structural and kinematic calculations and preliminary FEA, prototype and test mechanisms, support pre-production and flight testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design reviews, and improve design processes and configuration management.
