Writes and manages proposals, RFP responses, RFIs, SSN responses, and statements of work. Responsibilities include parsing requirements, building matrices, researching clients, maintaining templates, coordinating technical content with subject matter experts, collaborating with graphic designers, and ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and branding. The role requires meeting deadlines, managing multiple assignments, researching cybersecurity services, and working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Provide GDPR and UK GDPR consulting: conduct readiness assessments and gap analyses, build compliance programs and remediation roadmaps, prepare ROPA, DPIAs/LIAs/TIAs, draft/review DPAs, advise on international transfers, design DSAR processes, support vendor due diligence, deliver training, and liaise with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize privacy controls.

Provide vCISO and privacy advisory services including developing privacy compliance programs (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Privacy), conducting privacy gap analyses and data flow mapping, delivering strategic vCISO oversight and maturity roadmaps, advising on risk and incident response, and supporting client documentation and engagement scoping.

Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of OneTrust TPRM/VRM for enterprise clients. Configure workflows, build API/OAuth/webhook integrations with enterprise systems, run UAT and deployments, produce documentation and training, and ensure alignment with GRC, privacy, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS). Provide post-go-live support and client-facing consulting throughout projects.

Serve as primary client contact to maintain engagement, track account health, coordinate strategic touchpoints and QBRs, document opportunities in CRM, and partner with Sales and Delivery to drive retention and expansion.

Write and manage RFP/RFI/SSN responses, develop requirements matrices, produce compelling proposals and statements of work, maintain proposal templates, research services, ensure consistent tone and branding, and coordinate with designers and subject matter experts throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Drive top-of-funnel pipeline and strategic account expansion for cybersecurity compliance services (PCI DSS, CMMC, HITRUST, vCISO). Generate and qualify new leads, re-engage lost accounts, manage partner relationships, support inbound lead scoping and proposal development, and contribute to scorecard-measured sales metrics. Operate independently and cross-functionally while upholding company values and training completion standards.
