Owns the definition, delivery, and adoption of integrations between the Driver•i platform and third-party systems. Responsibilities include analyzing customer workflows, defining requirements and solution approaches, evaluating integration options, managing product initiatives from discovery through launch, coordinating cross-functional delivery, resolving blockers, and contributing to roadmap planning. The role requires technical aptitude with APIs, integration architectures, workflow analysis, and validation tools.

Build a new Physical AI product line spanning edge devices, cloud infrastructure, and user-facing safety tools. Own real-time ingestion, multi-tenant access control, dashboards, compliance analytics, operator coaching workflows, and AI agent features. Work directly with customers, run pilots, ship rapidly, and measure product usage. The role requires broad full-stack range across backend, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, frontend, and real-time data experiences.

Leads and develops a Customer Success team serving strategic enterprise customers. Owns onboarding and adoption strategies for deployments exceeding 1,000 vehicles, executive stakeholder relationships, business reviews, customer health, retention, expansion, and ROI realization. Establishes scalable success processes, governance frameworks, KPI reporting, and data-driven recommendations while coordinating Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations. The role also manages enterprise risks, team performance, organizational growth, and customer advocacy, with travel of up to 30%.

Lead GTM FP&A: manage GTM P&L, forecasts, capital allocation, and executive/board reporting. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product on topline forecasting, pipeline analytics, sales comp design, renewals, capacity planning and marketing ROI. Drive investment trade-offs, deal and pricing analytics, build and lead an analyst team, and deliver KPI-driven insights to influence executive decisions in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Lead integrations product work: define integration scope, gather customer feedback, write PRDs, coordinate development/testing/launch, engage customers/vendors, and perform minor scripting/querying and validation to support technical requirements.

Lead enterprise-wide process and systems transformation across GTM, Finance, Operations and Support. Design To-Be processes, conduct gap analyses, drive automation with Salesforce/NetSuite integrations, lead UAT, training, and change management, and manage cross-functional programs to ensure delivery, risk mitigation, and user adoption.
