Own day-to-day Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign management across Google and Microsoft Ads. Responsibilities include campaign builds, keyword and bid optimization, budget management, product feed and ad testing, account quality assurance, performance reporting, issue resolution, trend monitoring, and experimentation. The role translates campaign data into actionable insights, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports paid media strategy for scalable performance.

Supervise daily Mexico import and export operations, ensuring compliant, accurate, and timely processing. Lead team development, performance management, customs broker coordination, and departmental priorities. Oversee IMMEX, VAT and IEPS certification, Annex 24, Annex 30, SAT and ANAM compliance, documentation, audits, and regulatory updates. Develop KPIs, dashboards, reporting, automation, and process improvements using ERP and AI tools. Maintain working knowledge of U.S. trade regulations and collaborate with Global Trade Compliance.
