Process high-volume weekly multi-state payroll for more than 3,000 employees, auditing timecards, deductions, taxes, garnishments, benefits, and labor distributions. Prepare certified payroll reports through LCPtracker and ensure compliance with California prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon Act, and other regulations. Reconcile payroll, resolve employee issues, support audits, coordinate with HR and operations, and contribute to process improvements and system testing.

Resolves billing discrepancies, maintains records, analyzes subcontract terms, and collaborates with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and finance teams using Textura and GC Pay.

Leads enterprise-wide learning and leadership development strategy, designing and delivering scalable training programs aligned with business objectives. Partners with executives, business leaders, subject matter experts, and vendors to assess needs, develop curricula, manage learning technology, and evaluate program effectiveness. Oversees learning initiatives, budgets, resources, scheduling, and continuous improvement while coaching facilitators and supporting talent planning, succession, and career development. Requires approximately 30% travel to offices, jobsites, meetings, and training events.

Provides administrative and clerical support to supervisors and production teams. Processes orders, maintains timecards and payroll submissions, organizes office and production communications, manages filing systems and office supplies, resolves administrative inquiries, and covers receptionist duties. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, accuracy, problem-solving, computer skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
