Lead and grow the Cloud Platform engineering team owning roadmap, reliability, architecture, cost, and on-call. Drive hiring, delivery cadence, incident response, and platform scalability. Partner cross-functionally with product and technical leaders, contribute hands-on to development, and establish cloud-native best practices and GenAI-enabled engineering workflows.

Plan and execute robotic integration programs across the product lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams (software, hardware, firmware, cloud, autonomy), manage schedules and milestones, liaise with partners and product management, identify risks and mitigations, and present technical program updates. Up to 25% travel.
