Manage department store and independent retailer accounts by analyzing sales performance, developing action plans, coordinating promotions, negotiating retail exposure, and delivering campaigns and assets. Partner with merchant, planning, marketing, and retail teams to achieve sales targets, manage purchase orders, maintain forecasts, and translate data into compelling business narratives and presentations.

Manage Supergoop!’s influencer marketing program by sourcing and negotiating partnerships, maintaining influencer relationships, developing content calendars, monitoring brand compliance, tracking KPIs and conversions, measuring ROI, managing budgets, and coordinating micro- and macro-influencer campaigns across social platforms. Collaborate with Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media teams to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Manages end-to-end wholesale fulfillment for major retail partners, including order execution, warehouse scheduling, inventory coordination, 3PL relationships, retailer compliance, shipment communication, and process improvement. Partners with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory Control, and warehouse teams to translate demand forecasts into fulfillment plans, monitor inventory risks, and improve operational efficiency using data and automation tools.

Develops and executes experiential marketing, community activations, partnership events, pop-ups, retail activations, sampling programs, and grassroots initiatives. Integrates creators and content into events, manages vendors, budgets, logistics, and timelines, and builds repeatable execution playbooks. Tracks attendance, engagement, content generation, sampling conversion, brand lift, community feedback, and partnership performance.
