Lead execution of SaaS compliance programs including data mapping, privacy assessments, sanctions compliance, vendor risk, data retention and AI controls. Monitor global laws (US/EU), maintain documentation, deploy tracking tools, advise product and business teams, and design role-specific compliance training to mitigate regulatory risk across Lucid’s cloud-native environment.

Lead onboarding, coaching, and enablement for EMEA sales teams. Design and deliver workshops, manager coaching, new-hire ramp programs, and regionally-tailored enablement assets. Use data and AI-enabled insights to diagnose skill gaps, measure impact, and drive quota attainment.

Provide front-line technical product support, troubleshoot and escalate user issues, grow and manage product community, create and maintain Help Center and user education content, analyze user metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and support.
