Leads design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable software systems and enterprise integrations. Leads multiple software engineering teams, providing strategic and technical direction, aligning engineering work with business and product objectives, improving software delivery and operational excellence, and advancing scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, performance, and quality. Develops talent through coaching and career planning, recruits and retains engineers, fosters collaboration and innovation, and oversees an internship program.

Manages secured loan and debt portfolios, monitors compliance, analyzes interest and banking data, and supports cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management. Develops debt reporting tables and dashboards, researches banking relationships, establishes internal controls, and recommends process improvements.

Lead and oversee property, casualty, auto and workers' compensation claims operations. Manage and mentor a claims team, implement process improvements, negotiate settlements, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/TPAs, analyze claims data for trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive organizational change to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
