The Processing Tech I prepares and processes specimens for laboratory testing, enters patient information, and ensures proper handling and documentation of samples.

Administer employee benefits programs, assist employees with enrollment and claims, coordinate open enrollment and new-hire onboarding, manage billing/COBRA, maintain HRIS records, ensure regulatory compliance, liaise with carriers/vendors, and produce utilization and enrollment reports.

Provide administrative and operational support to Account Executives: manage new client start-up processes, maintain client data in ANSR/CRM, coordinate issue resolution, prepare reports and mailings, order supplies, train AEs, and handle various sales-support requests and audits.

The IT Cloud Engineer designs and operates cloud platforms, collaborates with cross-functional teams, implements secure environments, and automates processes.

Design, develop, and modify PLC- and HMI-based control systems for in-house automation. Program using IEC languages, integrate robotic systems, use Git, write API/database interfaces, troubleshoot production equipment, lead projects, and mentor junior team members.

Provide first-line support for enterprise systems including Active Directory, Exchange/Office365, AzureAD, and cloud services. Manage helpdesk queue, respond to system alerts, escalate issues, and perform routine administration and collaboration/communication service support.

Contributes to software development projects as a leading contributor, performs programming, supports other team members, and adheres to development policies.
