Analyzes laboratory test cost data, maintains cost databases and ERP cost units, supports direct and indirect cost analysis, communicates updates to Revenue Management, determines costs for new tests, updates pay-rate data, and performs quality assurance checks to resolve discrepancies between cost and pricing databases.

The role works independently in an on-site clinical laboratory environment and requires occasional movement, effective communication, and PPE use.

Support proposal development end-to-end: write, edit, and compile RFP responses, bids, and related documents. Coordinate with leadership, sales, SMEs, and designers; ensure compliance with client requirements and corporate style. Maintain boilerplate content, manage multiple proposals, perform research, and conduct post-submission debriefs to capture lessons learned.

Owns strategy, roadmap, prioritization, backlog, customer research, product launches, positioning, and lifecycle management for ARUP’s public-facing digital products. Partners with engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver compliant, customer-focused solutions. The role also conducts demos, gathers customer feedback, evaluates responsible AI use cases, and drives product adoption and growth.

Develops and maintains production software features, owns end-to-end implementation and production incident resolution, contributes to system design, enforces coding and testing standards, maintains CI/CD pipelines, conducts code reviews, and collaborates with product and stakeholders.

Design, develop, and modify PLC- and HMI-based control systems for in-house automation. Program using IEC languages, integrate robotic systems, use Git, write API/database interfaces, troubleshoot production equipment, lead projects, and mentor junior team members.

Lead ARUP's Information Security GRC program: manage risk assessments, policy and compliance (NIST, HIPAA, SOC2, FISMA), audits, SSPs/POA&Ms/SARs, vulnerability management, governance reporting, and train/mentor GRC analysts while partnering across IT and business teams.
