Leads Enact’s enterprise financial model and its modernization, supporting forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, capital allocation, and strategic decisions. Partners with Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, and business leaders on acquisitions, investments, growth opportunities, and executive recommendations. Establishes modeling governance and standards, evaluates planning technologies, develops analytical frameworks, and leads cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Owns product vision, roadmaps, prioritization, member experiences, service workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities. Partners with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Network teams to deliver scalable products that improve engagement, retention, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Establishes strong product practices and leads cross-functional execution in a regulated industry.

Supports an end-to-end business workflow transformation project, from stakeholder discovery and current-state process mapping through future-state design, low-code prototype deployment, user feedback, analytics, AI enablement, and business-value assessment. The intern collaborates with business stakeholders, configures workflow orchestration using the Power Platform or approved tools, identifies bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and develops practical automation solutions.

Support evaluation and continuous improvement of Enact’s internal Operations Copilot. Responsibilities include designing statistical sampling cohorts, curating golden datasets, monitoring performance and bias, creating dashboards and alerts, managing prompt versions, automating regression testing, and developing feedback-driven operational playbooks. The intern will document test plans, metrics, and release notes while communicating findings across underwriting teams.

Twelve-week hybrid internship supporting Commercial Analytics and Optimization within Enact’s Business Intelligence organization. Responsibilities include exploratory data analysis, Tableau reporting, predictive and prescriptive modeling, forecasting, machine learning, data modeling automation, and communicating insights to business and governance stakeholders. The intern will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Risk, Underwriting, and Customer Solutions teams.

Lead revenue forecasting, reporting, and analytics supporting earnings communications, management reporting, strategic planning, and executive decision-making. The role partners with Pricing, Investments, Risk, Accounting, Investor Relations, and Strategic Finance to evaluate revenue drivers, portfolio performance, financial models, and capital impacts. It also owns forecasting methodologies, develops Tableau reporting capabilities, enhances enterprise financial models, and supports analytics modernization and automation.

Performs journal entries, account reconciliations, financial close support, cash and suspense monitoring, accounts payable, GAAP and statutory reporting, SOX and MAR compliance testing, and audit support. The role also partners with business teams, investigates discrepancies, maintains accounting systems, and contributes to process improvements. It requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, 1–3 years of experience, U.S. GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Data Analytics Interns will analyze large structured and unstructured datasets, develop insights and models, validate data, build dashboards and reporting tools, and automate repeatable analytics solutions. The role supports business decisions across insurance, care management, operations, and IT. Interns will present findings to leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, attend development classes, and participate in community service. Required qualifications include an analytical bachelor’s degree program, a 3.2 GPA, RDBMS experience, communication skills, leadership, and problem-solving ability.
