Guide entrepreneurs through business formation services, consult on incorporation, credit development, and asset protection, and manage the full sales cycle from lead contact through closing. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound leads, conducting consultations, maintaining CRM records, following up with prospects, collecting payments, supporting clients after initial contact, and meeting sales and activity targets while delivering a consultative customer experience.

Sources and recruits candidates across various functions, managing full-cycle hiring for exempt, technical, and management roles. Conducts screening and interviews, coordinates hiring processes, maintains recruiting metrics, and ensures timely communication with candidates and hiring managers. Leads the evolution of LegalZoom’s marketing web design system, from foundations and design tokens through production components. Designs intuitive, accessible, conversion-focused web experiences; prototypes and ships improvements using Figma, AI-assisted coding tools, and a component-based CMS. Partners with cross-functional teams, refactors legacy experiences, documents standards, and helps establish AI- and code-first workflows that support both designers and AI agents.

Provide trademark consultations to small business clients, conduct clearance searches and risk analyses, advise on registrability, file high-volume USPTO applications, respond to Office actions, and assist senior attorneys. The role requires responsible use of AI-enabled tools, strong client communication, practical legal judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
