Provide technical consulting, drive delivery timelines, and support cross-functional teams to maximize customer value.

Lead multiple engineering teams to build scalable, cloud-native AI‑ready governance platform capabilities. Define engineering strategy, drive technical excellence and AI-assisted development adoption, recruit and mentor leaders, partner cross-functionally to deliver customer-driven product innovations and measurable business outcomes.

Define and drive technical strategy and architecture across multiple teams, align technical roadmaps with product and UX leadership, establish org-wide engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and apply distributed systems, cloud architecture, and AI-assisted development tools to solve high-ambiguity, high-impact problems.

Lead AI Governance initiatives for strategic enterprise customers: define product vision and roadmap for responsible AI, translate customer and regulatory requirements into platform capabilities, drive product and engineering execution, measure adoption and business impact, and serve as trusted advisor across stakeholders.
