Lead North America Enterprise and Commercial sales to drive ACV growth, pipeline rigor, forecast accuracy, and net ARR retention. Build and scale a high-performance, data-driven sales organization, standardize processes and CRM usage, hire and develop leadership and sales talent, enable cross-functional GTM execution and partner motions, and lead transformation initiatives to improve conversion, productivity, and customer lifetime value across AI Governance, privacy, security, and risk solutions.

Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the West US by developing and executing territory and account plans, qualifying opportunities, accelerating deal velocity with regional sales, managing forecasts, and meeting ACV quotas. Enable and coach partners, communicate partner impact to leadership, and provide regular progress updates while supporting successful customer deployments.
