Lead Client Services (Deployment, Training, Customer Analytics) to redesign and centralize the operating model, drive AI/automation, improve speed, quality, and cost-to-serve, create commercial service offerings, align cross-functionally, and build a strong leadership bench to scale and monetize client services.

Build APIs, test and improve AI-generated code, research emerging AI technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create internal solutions that drive efficiency.

Build proactive talent pipelines for complex and hard-to-fill roles across business functions. Use talent mapping, competitive intelligence, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, direct outreach, referrals, and market research to identify and engage passive candidates. The Director of Account-Based Marketing will build and lead CCC’s ABM function, defining its strategy, operating model, playbook, processes, team structure, and measurement framework. The role develops personalized account programs, partners with Sales and cross-functional leaders to drive account growth, and translates account intelligence into actionable strategies. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing the team, aligning executive stakeholders, measuring engagement and revenue impact, and scaling ABM into a strategic growth engine.

Lead people analytics strategy and delivery of dashboards, reporting, and insights. Partner with HR and business leaders to analyze hiring, retention, diversity, engagement, and org health. Ensure HR data integrity and governance across systems, build executive-ready visualizations, and apply statistical and predictive methods to inform workforce planning and talent strategies.

Support month-end close by preparing and posting journal entries in Workday Financial, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, prepare accruals and variance analyses, assist audits and SOX compliance, and provide ad hoc financial reporting and reconciliations.
