Develops regional strategic technology partnerships across AMER with AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and Shopify. Owns AWS Marketplace growth, co-sell relationships, partner funding programs, pipeline, forecasting, and referral operations. Enables Braze sales teams and partner field organizations, evangelizes joint solutions, and drives marketplace transactions, sourced and influenced revenue, field engagement, and clean Salesforce data. Collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and global partnership teams.

Drive regional partner development across AMER for strategic technology partners including AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and Shopify. Execute joint go-to-market programs, grow AWS Marketplace revenue, manage partner funding and incentives, enable partner and Braze sales teams, and maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, referrals, and marketplace data in Salesforce. Success is measured by pipeline growth, marketplace transaction volume, field engagement, and sourced or influenced revenue.

Provide end-to-end technical customer support for SaaS and mobile products, resolving product, integration, configuration, and troubleshooting issues. Become a platform expert, guide best practices, increase product adoption, collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Engineering, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing. The role follows a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Develop and execute global partner marketing strategies, joint go-to-market campaigns, events, sponsorships, and partner activations. Collaborate with agencies, system integrators, technology partners, cloud providers, sales, and marketing teams to generate pipeline and strengthen engagement. Measure campaign performance, provide optimization insights, manage budgets, and represent partner interests across Braze. The role requires strong relationship-building, project management, creativity, cross-functional coordination, and travel to support live programs.

Manages enterprise customer relationships in Thailand, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact. Drives renewals, retention, product adoption, customer advocacy, account health, upsell opportunities, executive reviews, and feedback collection. Coordinates with technical and internal teams, supports escalations and onboarding transitions, provides customer education, and mentors junior colleagues. The role requires strong communication, complex account management, technical knowledge of SaaS-related domains, Thai fluency, and occasional international travel.

Lead strategic relationships with technology-focused scale customers to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and advocacy. Create success plans, analyze product usage, coordinate cross-functional support, conduct reviews, surface product feedback, mentor junior colleagues, and occasionally travel onsite or internationally to support customer outcomes.

Drives AWS Marketplace growth, partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell activity, funding programs, seller enablement, joint go-to-market motions, and revenue. Builds relationships with partner field organizations and internal sales, marketing, operations, and product teams while maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline data, forecasts, and referral flows.

Lead reliability engineering for Braze’s NGINX ingress fleets, Kubernetes infrastructure, Ruby on Rails monolith, and Go API services. Design scalable, highly available systems; develop automated scaling routines; define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; conduct capacity planning; and participate in PagerDuty on-call rotations. Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, blameless retrospectives, runbook improvements, and resilient architecture decisions with product engineering teams.

Operate and scale high-throughput NGINX and Kubernetes ingress infrastructure supporting Ruby on Rails and Go API services. Partner with product engineering teams on resilient architectures, SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, systems design, and capacity planning. Participate in PagerDuty on-call rotations, lead incident response and blameless retrospectives, improve runbooks, and automate production operations for reliability and availability.

Manage high-value enterprise accounts and pursue strategic new clients in the financial services sector. Build C-suite relationships, prospect through outbound efforts, conduct consultative and value-based solution selling, expand existing accounts, educate clients on industry trends, and collaborate internally to deliver strong client experiences. Maintain sales pipelines and forecasting using Salesforce.com, Clari, and other CRM tools.
