Lead and manage an on-site aerospace engineering team through full product lifecycle. Oversee technical processes, cost, schedule, staffing, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, and employee development to meet program priorities and technical requirements.

Designs and supports airplane manufacturing tools (jigs, fixtures, handling, test equipment). Performs structural/mechanical analysis, CAD/NC data prep, tooling layouts, producibility input, process improvements, and interfaces with manufacturing and customers to ensure tooling meets requirements.

Create RFQs, evaluate responses, negotiate and award contracts, place purchase orders, monitor inventory and supplier performance, and coordinate supply chain planning with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, quality material delivery.

Lead program business performance for a commercial aerostructures program: manage master program schedules, work breakdown structures, cadence, reporting, earned value, affordability/cost models, change control, and cross-functional coordination to meet program objectives and standards.

Integrate quality requirements into manufacturing planning to prevent defects. Review and validate inspection points, translate engineering requirements into inspectable plans, identify and mitigate quality and compliance risks, analyze nonconformance and inspection data, and support audit readiness and cross-functional resolution to improve first-pass quality and manufacturing readiness.

Manage patent docketing and prosecution support, coordinate filings with outside counsel, maintain worldwide patent portfolio records, review docket activity, draft correspondence, research patent databases, and support IP projects and process improvements.

Provide cloud security engineering for the GDSS program in AWS Cloud One. Implement STIG remediation, integrate security controls into CI/CD, identify and remediate vulnerabilities, monitor Nessus and cloud security tooling (Security Hub, GuardDuty, Config, Trend Micro), manage IAM/network security and encryption, and maintain security architecture documentation and compliance.

Lead system architecture for IC-focused web applications: define/guard architecture baseline, perform trade studies, enable system-of-systems integration, drive AI-enabled modernization, oversee verification/testing, and partner with stakeholders to ensure technical continuity and mission-aligned solutions.

Monitor and enforce U.S. Government financial compliance (FAR, CAS, GAAP/SOX); identify and remediate control weaknesses; support CAS remediation; develop compliance training and communications; liaise with DCAA/DCMA during audits; educate teams and drive continuous improvement.
