Lead integration of program management best practices across IPTs to drive cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance. Develop project plans, manage baselines and gated processes, track performance metrics, mitigate risks, support recovery planning, and report program status while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring execution excellence.
