Design and integrate complex mission systems (communications, navigation, core systems) using MBSE and model-based designs. Design, develop, and maintain flight simulation software and core simulation infrastructure. Build tools to simulate, monitor, and capture subsystem messages, support Mission Systems testing, work on agile teams, document R&D, and integrate software components into full systems.

Manages 3PLs, shipping, warehousing, receiving, and internal logistics while collaborating with customers, suppliers, and employees across organizational levels. Oversee optical systems for space missions, including EO/IR sensors, laser systems, and optical communications payloads. Develop mission requirements, model and simulate optical performance, conduct ground and on-orbit testing, manage interfaces and suppliers, coordinate complex technical projects, and support proposals. The role also involves optical hardware calibration, performance validation, data processing, link-budget development, and mentoring engineers.

Leads Fixed Wing strategic growth bids, proposals, and project execution from development through delivery. Manages cross-functional, cross-cultural teams, budgets, schedules, resources, governance, risks, issues, opportunities, and performance reporting. Coordinates gate reviews, strategic committees, suppliers, and customer engagements while ensuring compliance with Boeing project and acquisition processes. Requires aerospace or defense proposal-management experience, financial and Earned Value Management expertise, senior-level communication skills, and ability to obtain UK SC clearance.

Design, develop, lab- and flight-test communications and datalink capabilities for the F-15. Translate customer requests into system requirements, coordinate hardware-software integration, support flight tests and production integration, and communicate across multi-discipline teams in an agile environment.
