Lead anti-tamper and program protection engineering for C2BMC: perform risk/threat assessments, develop and maintain AT/CPI/exportability plans, support V&V, advise on countermeasures, brief stakeholders, and ensure fielding and milestone criteria are met.

Design, develop, and test electrical systems, integration labs, and test equipment. Create and release interface/electrical drawings and system designs, plan and execute qualification and EMI/EMC tests, analyze results, manage test hardware and outside test providers, and perform electrical modifications and maintenance within systems integration laboratories.

Design, integrate, and test complex mission systems (EO/IR, RF, communications, and weapons) using MBSE and model-based designs. Define requirements, interfaces, and verification; perform hardware/software development, prototyping, lab integration, analysis, and validation. Collaborate with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Role is onsite in St. Louis with occasional travel.

Design and integrate complex mission systems (communications, navigation, core systems) using MBSE and model-based designs. Lead cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into hardware/software designs, define interfaces, test and validate system performance, and present solutions to leadership and customers.

Perform strength, fatigue, and damage-tolerance analyses for metallic and composite structures using classical and finite element methods. Develop and document structural requirements, support test planning and execution, validate certification/test results, investigate in-service failures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify structural integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

Assess and resolve product and process issues through the product lifecycle; perform root cause analysis and dispositions; design interim and final structural repairs; conduct static strength and non-destructive test procedures; support MRB, IPT design reviews, supplier compliance, accident investigations, and customer correspondence for safe operation and maintenance.

Apply human engineering principles to analyze, design, and evaluate complex aerospace systems. Define human-system requirements, develop research and test plans, conduct user research and usability assessments, integrate military standards into designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support prototype evaluation. Occasional travel and after-hours support required.

Design and implement product security/anti-tamper software solutions for defense platforms. Define architectures, requirements, interfaces and algorithms, integrate and test security features across hardware and software, and collaborate with platform engineers and architects to field secure tactical capabilities.

Lead and mentor a structural analysis team performing strength analyses of metallic and composite components. Develop and document structural requirements, perform FEA and analytical methods, support test planning/execution, validate certification/test results, investigate in-service failures, and develop tools/processes to improve analysis quality and efficiency while coordinating across engineering disciplines.

The engineer will design, analyze, and support low observables systems, perform electromagnetic analysis, and create technical documentation.
