Design and build a secure, scalable platform for AI-enabled applications to integrate with Zipline production systems. Implement reusable APIs, gateways, middleware, and guardrails (auth, rate limits, observability) while partnering with AI engineers and service teams to ensure reliability, ownership, and safe production deployments.

Embed with Marketing, Commercial, and Growth teams to own measurement, reporting, and analysis of customer behavior and commercial performance. Define KPI frameworks, build dashboards and self-service reporting, translate analysis into recommendations, monitor trends and risks, and partner with Data Science and Product to improve data quality and automate reporting with AI-enabled workflows.

Own reliability strategy for mission-critical electronic subsystems, apply DfR and PoF, lead DFMEA, design and run ALT and environmental tests, perform root-cause failure analysis, define life limits and service intervals, and improve reliability processes across hardware and operations.
