Lead systems engineering for safety-critical electromechanical autonomous systems. Own requirements, decomposition, interface definition, verification, test coverage, and validation. Build test systems, run end-to-end test campaigns, triage field failures, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and support certification and manufacturing readiness for communication and navigation systems.

Own operating rhythms and business reviews, build forecasting, planning, and capacity models, develop dashboards and reporting, diagnose operational bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution while creating scalable systems and processes.

Manage financial onboarding for merchants and partners, prepare and validate weekly/monthly partner payouts, support billing system implementations and UAT, investigate disputes and systemic billing errors, perform month-end journal entries and reconciliations, automate billing processes, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Lead and build Zipline's Product Operations function to improve product planning, launches, measurement, and cross-functional execution. Establish operating rhythms, launch readiness standards, dashboards, feedback loops, and tooling to reduce time-to-launch and increase launch quality while enabling Product teams and coordinating field readiness.

Own relationships with Austin restaurant and retail partners to launch and expand Zipline service. Coordinate cross-functionally to solve operational challenges, gather customer insights, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and advocate for product improvements. Build trusted local partnerships and drive continuous improvement to grow partner business on the platform.

Lead AI strategy and delivery for supply chain operations, building AI-assisted workflows, prototypes, and production products to improve supplier management, material planning, inventory health, sourcing, and manufacturing readiness. Partner cross-functionally to develop data foundations, governance, adoption, and measurable KPIs for AI-enabled supply chain tools.

Embed with Marketing, Commercial, and Growth teams to analyze customer behavior, define KPI frameworks, build dashboards and self-service reporting, translate analyses into recommendations, monitor performance, improve data quality, and automate recurring reporting using AI-enabled workflows to drive Platform 2 growth.
