Lead technical integration of Dropbox hardware and software into partner sites: translate workflows into product requirements, define site archetypes and constraints, create interface-control documents and state machines, support pilots and deployments, and ensure safe, repeatable installation, commissioning, and telemetry-driven recovery.

Lead design, deployment, and sustainment of SIL/HIL/EOLT test systems for long-range drones. Build orchestration software, automation, data capture, and dashboards; integrate with embedded hardware and instrumentation; drive root-cause analyses, CI validation gates, and production readiness. Own launch readiness and lifecycle execution for new aircraft and major hardware changes. Create integrated launch plans, set release-readiness gates, track schedule/cost/quality/risk, manage supplier and retrofit planning, resolve build and field issues, and make go/no-go decisions to ensure safe, maintainable, and scalable fleet deployments.

Design and ship end-to-end GenAI tools for operational workflows across aviation, logistics, maintenance, and commercial teams. Partner with operators and product teams to define requirements, build production AI systems (LLMs, data pipelines, analytics), deploy solutions, iterate with users, and integrate learnings into company AI tooling and best practices. May travel up to 50% to HQ or field sites.

Drive cross-functional operational improvements by identifying bottlenecks, diagnosing root causes, and delivering scalable fixes. Build dashboards, automations, trackers, and workflows; own end-to-end processes; partner with Operations, Commercial, Data, Product, and Finance; iterate quickly to deliver measurable improvements in speed, decision quality, and execution. Thrive in ambiguity and prioritize impact over bureaucracy.

Support the Communications team with PR planning and execution, media monitoring, content and messaging development, social listening and coverage analysis, event support, research, and cross-functional collaboration to advance Zipline's U.S. and global storytelling.

Support core accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and quarter-close support, data entry and cleanup, fixed asset tracking and reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, procurement, and manufacturing. Gain exposure to international accounting operations and Zipline's finance systems.

Own and architect mission-critical operational systems for manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and traceability. Design APIs, data models, and resilient hardware integrations; improve service reliability and observability; participate in on-call rotations and incident response; prototype workflows on the shop floor; mentor engineers and refine CI/CD and automated testing to ensure safe, high-throughput production.
