Lead UJET’s FP&A function by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, spend management, SaaS and GTM analytics, investor and Board reporting, capital strategy, and financial modeling. Modernize FP&A systems with automation and AI, optimize cloud, software, workforce, and operating expenses, establish performance metrics and data governance, improve monthly close collaboration, and standardize scalable financial procedures while partnering with Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and leadership.

Run technical discovery with customers, design and build end-to-end data integrations into Spiral, implement ingestion code and infra-as-code, operate orchestration and monitoring, reconcile and backfill data, and own post-go-live schema and feed changes while collaborating with Sales and CX teams.

Lead and scale SRE function: define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, build observability (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting), automate toil, lead incident response and postmortems, partner on resilient architecture, create reusable operational tooling, and mentor engineers.

Build and operate scalable, low-latency backend services and support frontend work (Angular/React). Collaborate with PMs and designers, design technical solutions, maintain CRM-related frontend, integrate third-party APIs, and support deployment and operations for enterprise clients.

Build and maintain full-stack product features, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and AI integrations to transform customer interaction data into AI-powered experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and support production systems, internal tools, and user-facing interfaces. Own ambiguous problems end-to-end and raise engineering quality across the data and AI platform.
