Provide employment law counsel across U.S., Canada, and Europe: advise on compliance, employee relations, leaves, accommodations, separations, and restrictive covenants; draft and revise agreements and policies; manage employment litigation, EEOC responses, and outside counsel; partner with HR and leadership to mitigate risk and resolve workplace disputes.

Design and deliver learner-centric programs using ADDIE: create eLearning, instructor-led and micro-learning content, job aids, and assessments. Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, measure program effectiveness, and maintain learning materials using LMS and work management tools.

Lead L&D program operations for Sales Experience, designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led and eLearning. Measure program effectiveness, coach and mentor team members, partner with stakeholders to prioritize learning needs, manage projects, and produce learner-centric materials to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.

Lead IT and software development projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams, produce project documentation and reports, and drive stakeholder alignment using standard PM methodologies.

Manage and improve AP, AR, Procurement, and Commission processes; calculate and validate commissions; lead process improvements; support system changes, monthly reconciliations, audits, cash forecasting, and regulatory reporting.

Lead inbound and outbound partner-facing call center teams to deliver operational excellence and drive partner growth. Oversee SLAs, training, reporting, and workflows; embed growth strategies into support interactions; build partner relationships and feedback loops; recruit and develop leadership and frontline staff while aligning support with field and partnership teams.

Build and operate an independent territory business to represent Trupanion in Southern Connecticut. Develop relationships with veterinarians and clinic staff, run educational sessions, drive enrollments, manage local marketing and clinic visits, and earn commission plus residual income from active policies.
