Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of US Solutions by leading strategic planning, executive communications, governance, performance tracking, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate operating rhythms, business reviews, and special projects while developing recommendations and insights for senior leadership. Manage complex business-change projects across the UK and Europe, overseeing objectives, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, governance, quality assurance, change requests, and implementation. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate clients, suppliers, business leaders, and operational stakeholders. Produce project plans, financial reports, progress metrics, RAID logs, communications, and Programme Board updates while ensuring delivery meets agreed time, cost, and quality standards.

Partner with Sales throughout enterprise sales cycles by qualifying opportunities, positioning SaaS solutions, conducting discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and executive engagements. Translate fraud, AML, identity, device intelligence, and digital risk capabilities into business value. Develop playbooks, use cases, RFP/RFI responses, and enablement programs while collaborating with Product, Delivery, Operations, and Account Management teams. Monitor market and regulatory trends to refine go-to-market strategies.

Own end-to-end delivery of batch data solutions, including customer engagement, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, and fulfillment. Build strategic customer relationships, coordinate with sales, product, and technology teams, manage multiple solution delivery projects, support platform transitions, resolve escalations, advise on compliance, and drive process improvements. The role requires translating complex business needs into executable solutions and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Supports Global Operations PMO governance and assurance by monitoring portfolio performance, tracking risks and variances, developing executive dashboards and reporting, maintaining project documentation, managing SharePoint knowledge content, and driving process improvements. The role partners with portfolio leads and project managers to enforce standards, assess KPIs and quality metrics, and align programs with strategic priorities.

Supports TransUnion Philippines’ budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning, cost management, and business decision support. Partners with functional and regional stakeholders, identifies risks and opportunities, ensures reporting accuracy, and contributes to process improvements, business cases, and management presentations.

Manages enterprise vulnerability scanning for servers and applications, conducts SAST, DAST, and IAST assessments, performs secure code reviews, and validates remediation. Supports DevSecOps security integrations within CI/CD pipelines, tracks security findings, coordinates risk remediation, and partners with development, infrastructure, and cloud teams on secure-by-design practices. Also supports audit, regulatory, continuous security assurance, and infrastructure scanning activities.

Leads the enterprise UX Design practice for the OneTru Platform, defining scalable experience architecture, workflows, navigation, interaction patterns, and design systems. Translates research into platform-level strategies, oversees prototyping and design specifications, partners with Product, Engineering, and Architecture, and mentors distributed UX teams across Costa Rica and India. Ensures usability, accessibility, consistency, and implementation readiness across complex enterprise software products.
