Directs and mentors product managers while partnering with engineering, design, go-to-market, and Cisco’s central AI team. Engages enterprise customers, identifies AI-driven solutions to networking and digital experience challenges, and guides development of native AI/ML capabilities across networking products.

Designs, deploys, and operates highly available, secure, multi-region cloud platforms. Responsibilities include managing AWS and Kubernetes services, automating production operations, improving reliability and scalability, participating in 24x7 incident response, and developing tooling for deployment, testing, failure recovery, and platform security. The role collaborates with application engineering teams and requires Linux administration, Python or Go development, container security, and CI/CD automation experience.

Lead the design, development, and operation of large-scale distributed software systems for Cisco ThousandEyes. Partner with product and engineering leaders to integrate technologies across Cisco wireless and security portfolios, develop AI-powered diagnosis and remediation capabilities, improve developer productivity, and mentor engineers. Support technical sales for Cisco ThousandEyes across Texas by prospecting, demonstrating solutions, guiding trials, architecting deployments, presenting to decision-makers, and building trusted customer relationships. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams; contribute to events, technical content, solution feedback, beta programs, and post-sales enablement.
