Lead producibility engineering for RF/microwave products to improve manufacturability, optimize production processes, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. Design, develop, integrate, test, and support certification of flight control systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, execute test plans, analyze results, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with industry standards for BRGA EPIC/APEX flight controls.

Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols, inspect and test materials and products, analyze data and root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards. Write procedures, manage statistical process control, support AS9102 FAI submissions, participate in Lean/Six Sigma and 5S activities, conduct internal audits, and collaborate across teams to improve manufacturing quality in microelectronics and electronic assemblies.

Design and deliver Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA. Translate business requirements into scalable architectures and integration strategies, advise on process improvements, support security and compliance, and guide implementations through design, testing, and deployment to support transformation initiatives.

Provide technical coordination and support for aerospace engineering projects: develop custom reporting, implement hardware tracking and procurement workflows, maintain and migrate engineering tools/databases, and align cross-functional teams to enable timely project delivery.
