Lead cross-functional teams to deliver propulsion engineering projects on accelerated timelines. Develop and manage project plans and EVMS, assess risks, coordinate stakeholders, ensure schedule and budget adherence, and maintain regulatory compliance to meet customer requirements.

Lead embedded software verification for core platform components (boot, HAL, drivers). Develop and execute requirement- and scenario-based test plans, perform change impact analysis, execute tests, guide junior engineers, manage stakeholders, address technical issues and audits, and drive continuous improvement using verification tools and emulators.

Lead risk-based internal audits from planning through reporting, evaluate internal controls and SOX compliance, identify risks, recommend process improvements, and present findings to senior management while building stakeholder relationships.

Design, develop, and execute gas turbine component and core engine tests; maintain and upgrade test facilities; plan, run, and report test programs; coordinate with supply chain and peers to meet schedule, cost, and technical objectives. Work on-site in Phoenix and support off-shift testing when required.

Lead systems engineering for business jet programs: define system architectures, drive certification compliance (ARP4754A/B, DO-178B/C, TSO), manage requirements and change, mentor engineering teams, oversee design reviews and system integration, and deliver cost-efficient, reusable solutions supporting product introduction and test planning.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes for aerospace electronics, supports production and test lines, analyzes yield and performance data, drives Lean/Six Sigma improvements, resolves technical issues, and develops process and equipment changes to increase capacity, reduce cycle time, and improve yield.

Lead design and development of analog, digital, and power electronic hardware for space applications. Perform feasibility studies, WCCA, testing, documentation, and presentations. Collaborate with teams, support production and new business, and work with minimal oversight in a hybrid Phoenix environment.
