Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary systems engineering team developing RF Electronic Warfare systems. Lead technical and program execution for Flight Management System products: define architecture, manage deliverables (schedule, cost, quality), drive NPD/NPI, lead cross‑site teams, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, mitigate technical risks, and deliver innovations and prototypes to meet customer commitments.

Lead embedded software development and verification for DO-178B/C aerospace programs. Drive test architecture, tools, and processes; use C/C++/Python and MATLAB; apply debuggers, simulators, VectorCAST, and GenAI (LLMs/ChatGPT) to automate tasks. Conduct PDR/CDR/TRR/reviews, bench setup, audits, evaluate new technologies, influence software architecture, mentor engineers, and manage stakeholders to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Lead CAD design activities for electro-mechanical assemblies: create and revise detailed part and assembly drawings, manage CAD models and releases in PTC/Windchill, enforce CAD standards (DFM/DFA, GD&T, ASME), review/approve designs, liaise with engineers, and provide technical guidance to CAD staff to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

Lead and execute human factors research for aerospace flight decks: design experiments, run full-flight and rotorcraft simulators and flight tests, recruit and manage human subjects, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, author IRB/study documentation and technical reports, integrate findings with engineers and product teams, support regulatory compliance and publish/patent results.

Design, develop, and debug embedded software/firmware and review embedded hardware for aerospace systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement testing/validation, and perform board-level debugging using diagnostic tools to deliver production-ready avionics solutions.
