Lead global production planning across a network to deploy Honeywell's Global Design Model. Own monthly production planning, align finished goods and supply plans, optimize labor and machine resources, drive SIOP reviews, collaborate with materials and supply leaders, and build continuous improvement within the team to meet cost, productivity, and working capital goals.

Lead requirements-based systems engineering for APU control systems: define, decompose, verify/validate system requirements, support architecture and interfaces, apply environmental qualification standards, coordinate cross-functional integration, and support program execution and customer design reviews.

Design, implement, verify, and transition digital subsystems (FPGA, microcontrollers, ADC/DAC, DRAM) for radar/EW products. Manage multiple R&D projects in advanced quantum and optical sensing: track schedules, budgets, earned value, capital equipment procurement/installation, supplier contracts/NDAs, facility and safety coordination, inventory and cross-functional program support to bring emerging sensing technologies to market.
