Provide technical materials and process engineering support for aerospace cast parts. Troubleshoot material/process issues, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, support casting development, drawing reviews, supplier audits, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Lead producibility engineering for RF/microwave products to improve manufacturability, optimize production processes, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, perform root-cause analysis on field returns, implement process improvements, produce technical documentation, and manage projects to meet business objectives and deadlines.

Lead mechanical design, simulation, analysis and testing of rotating and static turbomachinery components (rotors, stators, blisks, disks, impellers). Perform FEA (modal, vibration, deflection, crack growth, burst, fatigue, thermal, stack), test execution and data analysis, generate engineering documentation, lead design reviews, mentor junior engineers, drive process/tool improvements, and support proposals for commercial and military customers.

Lead end-to-end logistics operations, optimizing transportation, warehousing, and inventory. Develop cost- and efficiency-focused logistics strategies, coordinate suppliers and 3PLs, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve on-time fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Participate in flight control system design focusing on software architecture and platform. Define high-level system/software requirements, create prototypes, run simulations, perform V&V testing, and integrate components. Collaborate with domestic and international teams, follow program processes and standards, coordinate with control systems and software teams, and ensure timely, quality delivery of assigned tasks.
