Lead technical individual contributor owning end-to-end advanced manufacturing processes for turbine engine coatings (EBPVD, ceramic, aluminizing). Drive process development, tooling qualification, SPC-driven process control, continuous improvement, compliance, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating with operations and quality.

Design, develop, and integrate next-generation avionics for fixed-wing and AAM platforms. Perform requirements analysis and authoring, maintain ICDs, integrate and verify peripheral avionics, validate systems using data collection tools, troubleshoot lab and flight systems, analyze fault/event logs, and support cross-team project coordination and customer collaboration to ensure certification readiness.

Support program controls for large, complex programs: develop and manage cost and schedule baselines, apply EVM, produce reliable cost reporting and EACs, integrate cost/schedule to contract scope, perform variance and root-cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and mentor junior specialists.

Develop real-time embedded software for aircraft controllers (actuation, life support, environmental control) using C and Python. Participate in requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, and develop supporting tools following aerospace guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, analyze, test, and troubleshoot electromagnetic systems for high-reliability space applications. Support procurement, manufacturing readiness, production, supplier and material review board issues, anomaly investigations, documentation for flight programs, and customer presentations. Work onsite in Glendale, AZ.
