As a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for driving key manufacturing processes within aerospace component production. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, performance, and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on advanced turbine engine coating technologies.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with significant technical ownership and influence—providing leadership and guidance to engineering teams without direct people management responsibilities.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end advanced manufacturing processes, with focus on:
- Process development, parameters, and optimization
- Tooling design and qualification
- Maintenance and inspection criteria
- Customer approvals and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process stability, product quality, and operational efficiency
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional teams

- Experience in data analysis and process control (e.g., statistical process control)
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a technical leadership capacity
