Lead Teachable’s brand and content function, including brand identity, narrative, creative output, content strategy, events, PR, and earned media. Manage internal leads and creative talent, external agencies, campaigns, and cross-functional partnerships. Set strategic and creative direction, oversee events and communications, establish performance metrics, and align brand initiatives with business goals. The role also requires mentoring leaders and maintaining a consistent brand experience across channels and audiences.

Own creator and business partnerships from prospecting through deal closure, onboarding, retention, and renewal. The role includes mentoring engineers, creating technical documentation and training, troubleshooting legacy and new codebases, evaluating tools, and collaborating with Brazil- and US-based teams. DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, Golang, and Ruby experience are advantageous.

Lead data engineering architecture and standards, build and operate large-scale batch and streaming pipelines, partner with product and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions, manage technical debt, and balance build vs. buy decisions to maximize analytics and platform impact.

Operate as a senior individual contributor, leading initiatives end-to-end and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage full-cycle B2B SaaS sales targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise clients across North America and Portuguese-speaking markets. Build and qualify pipeline, run consultative discovery and product demos in Portuguese and English, negotiate contracts and pricing with C-level stakeholders, collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success, meet ARR quotas, and mentor junior sellers while providing regional market feedback.

Design and implement automation and CI/CD improvements to streamline the software development lifecycle. Identify bottlenecks in engineering workflows, optimize deployment processes, and enhance code review and release reliability across a multi-service platform. Collaborate with teams to deliver production-ready software and platform enablement initiatives.
