Manage Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Fortinet/Cisco appliances, backups, asset inventory, and security compliance (ISO27001, PCI-DSS). Provide 24x7 support, reporting, and collaborate with global IT and InfoSec teams.

Lead global learning strategy and delivery for Player Support, managing onboarding, certification, upskilling, facilitator readiness, and a team of L&D specialists. Partner with Ops, Quality, WFM, and Product to translate operational insights into training, measure learning effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement using modern learning methodologies and analytics.

Coordinate localization projects by managing schedules, ensuring quality translations, communicating with clients, and supervising team attendance and performance.

Provide support to customers in Indonesian and English, handling player issues via email, and performing translations. Must have customer service experience and knowledge of gaming troubleshooting.

The role involves recording audio for games and films, managing voice parts, and editing audio using ProTools. Candidates need to assist in studio settings and ensure quality output.
