Conduct discovery, define use cases, partner with engineering/security/devops, drive standards (OIDC, SAML, SCIM), measure adoption and SLOs, and support go-to-market and cross-functional enablement.

Lead planning and delivery of large, multi-year managed services programs for enterprise healthcare customers. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and governance, develop roadmaps and success metrics, provide executive-level communication, mentor program managers, drive operational improvements, and identify opportunities to expand customer adoption.
