Design and build custom security tools, middleware, and automations to integrate Identity, MDM, EDR, SIEM, and SaaS platforms. Implement API-driven data flows, UIs, CI/CD pipelines, SOAR playbooks, and secure deployment practices. Collaborate with Security Ops, IT, and Engineering to translate policies into automated, secure solutions.

Manage pooled, one-to-many digital customer engagements using Gainsight, automation, and AI to identify at-risk accounts, restore health via short high-impact interventions, drive adoption, and improve renewal outcomes while collaborating with Sales, Support, and Services.

Lead pricing and structuring of complex enterprise SaaS deals, partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Deal Desk to optimize revenue and profitability, build deal-level financial models, analyze pricing trends, and influence GTM commercial strategy.

Manage end-to-end customer engagements for SailPoint implementations: scope projects, partner with sales, oversee delivery teams, handle financials and escalations, drive client success, and mentor direct reports to ensure profitable, high-quality SaaS/software deployments.
