As a Business Development Representative, you'll qualify leads, follow up through various channels, and support the Outbound Sales team to increase sales opportunities.

Leads architecture, implementation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting for complex enterprise contact center deployments. Builds RingCX and RCCC solutions, configures call routing and dialers, models CRM data, develops API and iPaaS integrations, validates performance, resolves rollout issues, and produces technical documentation. Partners with project managers, architects, and customer IT teams while managing multiple engagements and identifying platform expansion opportunities.

Lead complex public-sector SaaS and cloud transactions across state, local, and higher-education markets. Draft and negotiate agreements, support RFx processes and bid protests, advise on procurement regulations, develop contracting playbooks and workflows, train cross-functional teams, and manage deal structuring, compliance, disputes, and contract operations. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, Product, and other legal stakeholders while using CLM, CRM, and AI tools to improve contracting efficiency.

Provides domestic and international employment-law advice on recruiting, employee relations, performance management, accommodations, wage and hour matters, investigations, terminations, agreements, policies, claims, audits, and litigation. Partners with HR and business leaders to manage risk, support compliance, and implement scalable employment practices. Also supports global employment and immigration initiatives while coordinating with internal and external counsel.

Manage 200+ existing mid-market accounts, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, reduce churn, and deliver strong customer service. Serve as an expert on RingCentral’s communications portfolio, including hosted VoIP, call management, and contact center solutions. Use B2B solution selling, customer needs analysis, sales methodologies, and channel-partner relationships to grow revenue and support new business initiatives.

Supports compensation program administration, data maintenance, reporting, analysis, market pricing, benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles. Prepares compensation files, validates data, models pay scenarios, researches job content, responds to routine inquiries, and maintains survey documentation. Collaborates with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders while escalating complex issues and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires intermediate to advanced Excel skills, foundational compensation knowledge, and willingness to work a night-shift hybrid schedule in Manila.

Manages the post-implementation customer journey, including onboarding, education, product training, feature optimization, renewals, churn prevention, and at-risk account recovery. Identifies customer needs, recommends RingCentral solutions, maintains customer data in Salesforce, collaborates with partner sellers, and meets MRR and activity targets. Requires technology solutions sales, B2B sales, account management, renewal, negotiation, and churn prevention experience.

Provides technical pre-sales support to service providers, direct sellers, and channel partners. Responsibilities include partner enablement, product demonstrations, co-selling, network readiness assessment, proof-of-concept validation, technical presentations, solution evaluation, product feedback, lab testing, and customer event support. Requires expertise in RingCentral products, UCaaS, legacy voice, VoIP, IMS, data networking, and service-provider provisioning and billing processes.

Supports FP&A for go-to-market teams by managing acquisition and retention expenses, setting budgets, reporting monthly results, analyzing financial metrics and complex datasets, evaluating business risks, and partnering with sales, accounting, and senior leadership on growth decisions. The role also explores AI tools for improving forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.

Drives revenue through lead prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, discovery calls, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Manages sales pipelines, reporting, forecasting, and follow-up while meeting quotas. Partners with field sales, marketing, and channel partners on lead handoffs, co-selling, enablement, and sales strategy. Acts as a product subject matter expert and maintains current knowledge of the RingCentral platform.
