Lead quality engineering strategy and end-to-end test automation across Avail’s rental platform, including web, APIs, mobile applications, payments, identity, messaging, and property management workflows. Build automated tests, CI/CD quality gates, observability tooling, and test frameworks using TypeScript, Python, and React Native technologies. Partner with developers on test design, mentor engineering teams, support production triage, and improve developer-owned automated coverage.

Leads quality strategy and test automation for distributed MVIP services, APIs, event-driven workflows, data pipelines, CRM integrations, and RealPro customer experiences. Builds functional, contract, performance, resilience, and data-quality tests; validates allocation, routing, fulfillment, permissions, and lifecycle workflows. Partner with engineering, design, data science, content, legal, and external partners to build scalable media capabilities, run experiments, and improve engagement, adoption, and revenue. Build and own AI safety systems for Realtor.com’s LLM-powered real-estate assistant. Responsibilities include developing Fair Housing and content-moderation classifiers, creating evaluation datasets and pipelines, measuring precision, recall, F1, and confusion matrices, integrating cloud guardrails, red-teaming for jailbreaks and prompt injection, managing Terraform infrastructure, and partnering with engineering, product, legal, and compliance teams to launch safe AI capabilities.

Build and scale data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and data models supporting CRM personalization, segmentation, audience activation, and campaign measurement. Ensure pipeline reliability through monitoring, alerting, and logging; automate workflows; document systems; participate in architecture and code reviews; and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and CRM teams to improve personalized email, push, and SMS engagement for millions of users.
