The Senior Account Manager at PitchBook will manage key customer relationships, drive growth strategies, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and account management.

Own GTM performance reporting, dashboards, and forecasting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Run WBR/MBR/QBR processes, perform funnel, retention, campaign ROI, territory and capacity analyses, and surface actionable insights. Partner cross-functionally to ensure KPI consistency, data governance, and automation opportunities.

Support execution of AI Partnerships product roadmap for connector and direct data initiatives. Write functional requirements and PRDs, coordinate partner onboarding, maintain partner docs, monitor post-launch usage and feedback, triage issues with engineering, and support cross-functional launch activities.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities including contract review for billing compliance, invoice and revenue schedule creation, customer billing and collections outreach, AP portal submissions, support month-end close, collaborate with sales and corporate teams, and maintain accurate billing and collection documentation.

Provide executive support to the Chief Revenue Officer and senior Commercial staff: manage complex calendars across time zones, prioritize and coordinate meetings, handle email/communications systems, take and distribute meeting notes/action items, maintain confidentiality, arrange travel and expenses, support events and department projects, prepare presentations, and collaborate with business operations and other administrative assistants.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage execution risks, align stakeholders, and ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

Design and implement backend services and high-scale data pipelines to ingest, enrich, index, and serve billions of records. Own features end-to-end, write testable efficient code, contribute to architecture, perform code reviews, support production (deployments, troubleshooting, incidents), and apply AI/LLM tooling to improve development and delivery.
