Responsible for category strategic sourcing and management of $1b to $3b on items categorized as Indirect COE. Manage vendor negotiation, relationship management, and cost reduction of acquired goods and services. Lead cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing opportunities and achieve cost savings goals.

Responsible for strategic sourcing and management of indirect spend categories to minimize cost structures and deliver against company's strategic needs. Leads vendor negotiations, manages supplier relationships, and plans and executes sourcing projects to achieve cost savings targets. Acts as a team lead and liaises with purchasing/replenishment teams to support organizational needs and goals.

Manage operational service levels at retail by working with vendors on product flow and inventory management objectives. Lead the In-Stock team, provide training, coaching, and mentoring, and serve as the primary interface to vendor Supply Chain partners. Responsible for managing inventory, purchase orders, vendor efficiency programs, and handling overstocks. Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational adherence and drive brand strategy. Hybrid work schedule with 3 in-person days and 2 remote days.
