Build and deploy AI agents, automations, dashboards, and data products supporting compensation, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition. Analyze ambiguous people and compensation questions, validate data quality, support benchmarking and leveling projects, and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations. The role also partners with HRIS administrators, improves Rippling-based workflows, supports recruiting analytics, and proactively prepares tools for major HR cycles.

Build and deploy AI agents, reusable skills, and automated workflows that improve Accounting operations. Identify manual processes, prioritize automation opportunities, integrate systems, support journal entries and reconciliations, validate AI outputs, design exception handling, document solutions, and drive adoption. Partner with Accounting, IT, and system owners while measuring time savings, accuracy, reliability, and ongoing system improvements.

Administer global endpoint, identity, SaaS, and workplace technology systems. Manage Jamf, Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365; deploy configurations, applications, patches, encryption, and security controls; troubleshoot complex technical issues; manage hardware and software lifecycles; automate workflows; document processes; and partner with Security, Engineering, and Workplace teams on integrations, access, onboarding, offboarding, and infrastructure outages.

Build AI agents, reusable skills, and automated workflows to streamline payroll and equity operations. Integrate Rippling, E*TRADE, spreadsheets, and related systems using APIs, scripts, and automation tools. Develop validation, reconciliation, exception-handling, and reporting solutions; evaluate AI outputs; document workflows; train teammates; and measure improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and reliability while collaborating with Payroll, Equity, Accounting, and People teams.

Owns Opendoor’s enterprise identity control plane, including workforce authentication, passwordless access, session policies, non-human and AI-agent identities, lifecycle automation, access governance, and identity-as-code. Builds Okta integrations and first-party tooling, enforces secure defaults across SaaS and AI tools, supplies identity telemetry to detection systems, supports incident response, and mentors security and IT engineers.

Own indirect procurement and commercial contracting from intake through signature, negotiating MSAs, SOWs, order forms, and SaaS agreements. Manage purchasing workflows and POs in Ramp or similar platforms, improve spend visibility and vendor performance, assess commercial and contractual risk, and escalate material issues. Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams while using automation and AI to improve contract review and procurement operations.

Owns end-to-end commercial negotiations and procurement workflows across indirect spend, including IT/SaaS, professional services, marketing, HR, and corporate vendors. Manages contracts, purchase requests, POs, supplier performance, renewals, risk escalation, and commercial terms while partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams. Uses procurement platforms, automation, and AI to improve contract velocity, spend visibility, compliance, and vendor performance.

Build and deploy AI agents, automations, dashboards, and data products for People Operations, compensation, leveling, and recruiting analytics. Diagnose ambiguous business questions, validate confidential people data, support compensation planning, improve HRIS infrastructure, and translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations. Partner with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition while proactively preparing tools for major HR cycles.

Build machine learning, causal inference, optimization, and decision systems supporting customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, marketing measurement, and conversion. Develop intent, conversion, lifetime value, and marketing allocation models; estimate incremental impact; and translate research into production systems. Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales while owning model evaluation and improvement.

Build machine learning and causal inference models for customer acquisition, conversion, lifetime value, marketing measurement, and budget optimization. Develop production decision systems, evaluate predictive and business outcomes, and estimate incremental marketing impact using experimental and observational data. Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deploy and improve models that support profitable growth.
