Sell Nexthink's Digital Employee Experience platform into large enterprise accounts across the Northeast. Build and execute territory plans, prospect and qualify pipeline, lead complex sales cycles (discovery, business case, POC, negotiation, close), partner with internal teams, manage customer expectations, and drive bookings and expansion.

Role requires travel to customer sites and professional fluency in Japanese and English.

Own new business growth in an assigned territory by building strategic plans, prospecting enterprise accounts, driving complex sales cycles from discovery through close, managing proofs-of-concept, engaging executive IT stakeholders, selling Nexthink software, services, and support, and consistently exceeding bookings targets while creating expansion opportunities.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance C++ endpoint agents (Collectors) for Windows and macOS. Own features end-to-end, debug OS-level issues, improve performance, reliability, and security, and build tooling to support development and deployment at global endpoint scale.

Lead reliability engineering for a multi-tenant SaaS platform: build and operate cloud-native AWS infrastructure, manage Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD, define SLOs/SLAs, automate provisioning with IaC (Terraform), run on-call incident response, improve observability and resilience, and collaborate with product and platform teams to embed reliability, security, and cost optimization into deployments.
