Guide Mirakl Connect customers through onboarding, account configuration, troubleshooting, training, and platform activation. Enable clients to onboard marketplace sellers through documentation, webinars, and live walkthroughs. Support Catalog Transformer optimization, track onboarding progress, maintain records, and provide feedback. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams to improve technical setup and seller experiences.

The Account Manager advises customers on marketplace performance, assortment, pricing, promotions, and growth opportunities; identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities; manages churn risks; and maintains accurate forecasts and CRM records. The role collaborates with Sales, Product, RevOps, Support, and marketplace teams to resolve issues, improve adoption, execute lifecycle initiatives, and provide customer feedback.

Support and improve Salesforce and other revenue systems, administer users and workflows, maintain data quality, and translate business needs into system improvements. Design and monitor AI-agent and n8n automation workflows, troubleshoot failures, and document processes. Support the rollout of an AI-enabled CPQ operating model by coordinating requirements, testing, documentation, and implementation across Sales, Finance, RevOps, and technical teams.

The role requires enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, or retail technology experience, named global partner relationships, and a proven record of measurable pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities include prospect research, outbound and inbound lead qualification, meeting booking, customer account configuration, onboarding sessions, user training, troubleshooting, seller enablement, Salesforce record management, SLA and conversion tracking, and feedback to improve customer experience and onboarding processes.
