Lead the design vision for Spend Management and Workforce Management products, aligning design strategy with business objectives and product roadmaps. Design automated CI/CD and bootstrapping pipelines, improve local development and self-service tools, create reliable distributed infrastructure, enhance release processes, and mentor engineers. The role also drives platform direction, engineering best practices, collaboration, and adoption through technical guidance, demos, and training.
