About the Role:
Join Motive as a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II and be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency within our Sales Operations group. This dynamic role goes beyond traditional support, positioning you as a strategic partner to Sales & Sales Ops leaders. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling our successful operations model, enabling our teams to focus on high-impact initiatives that fuel our company's growth and success.
What You’ll Do:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights.
- Project Management: Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional Background: 3-5 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential; Apps Script, Hex and N8N knowledge is preferred and SQL proficiency is mandatory.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, adaptable mindset. A detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or a related field is encouraged; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Note: As part of the hiring process for this role, there will be an on-site round where shortlisted candidates will go through simulations that reflect real scenarios faced by analysts on our team. This includes deep-diving into raw data and crafting business narratives by leveraging data in google sheets and pulling data using SQL, a chance to showcase how you think, analyze, and communicate, beyond traditional interviews.
