Owns Motive’s full-funnel B2B content strategy, including thought leadership, research, customer stories, executive content, and long-form editorial. Leads programs from opportunity identification through production, distribution, optimization, and measurement. Partners with marketing, sales, communications, SEO, brand, customer, and executive teams to align content with audience, brand, pipeline, and enterprise buying goals. Builds scalable, AI-enabled content processes and establishes editorial standards.

Create, edit, and maintain customer-facing Help Center articles for SaaS and hardware products. Collaborate with product and support teams to gather information, identify content gaps, and improve knowledge management. Prepare CMS drafts, edit images, and contribute to Help Center coding, SEO, content metrics, UX research, chatbot flows, industry research, and video scripts. Own projects that improve support content quality and the customer experience.

Manage multiple Motor Vehicle Records onboarding projects from kickoff through completion. Prepare and track state paperwork, coordinate with external vendors, communicate with customers and internal implementation consultants, maintain accurate project records, and resolve or escalate roadblocks. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, proactive ownership, and effective communication across compliance operations and customer-facing workflows.

Lead and scale analyst relations strategy to drive analyst engagement and favorable placements. Build relationships with major analyst firms, prepare executive briefings, manage evaluations (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC), turn analyst feedback into actionable messaging/product recommendations, enable sales with analyst insights, and measure program impact.

Develop and close enterprise public-sector business across state, local, and education accounts. Build executive relationships, lead account strategies, manage complex proofs of concept and trials, support RFP wins, exceed revenue quotas, and collaborate with sales engineering, product, software engineering, and partners to address customer needs and demonstrate integrated solutions.

Leads Motive’s global procure-to-pay organization, overseeing strategic sourcing, vendor management, purchasing, accounts payable, systems, governance, and process transformation. The role drives enterprise savings, negotiates major technology and services contracts, modernizes procurement workflows, establishes controls and analytics, manages vendor risk, partners with executive stakeholders, and builds a high-performing global team.

Manage marketing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder ownership. Coordinate campaign, launch, and operational project execution; identify risks and blockers; communicate status and decisions; and improve workflows, documentation, and team coordination. The role requires managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced B2B environment while supporting cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and timely delivery.

Execute and support full-funnel B2B demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, display, content syndication, webinars, direct mail, and web. Coordinate campaign planning, creative and content development, audience segmentation, launch execution, reporting, and optimization. Research accounts and markets, monitor performance, troubleshoot execution issues, maintain timelines and processes, and provide recommendations to improve pipeline generation and marketing outcomes.

Prospect and win new B2B business by building executive relationships, understanding customer pain points, demonstrating Motive’s fleet-management software, managing objections, and closing complex sales. The role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, collaborates with account teams, meets revenue quotas, uses customer analytics to optimize decisions, and develops market and platform expertise to provide consultative insights.
