As an SMB Outbound Account Executive, you'll make high volume cold calls, demo Motive software, educate clients, maintain a sales pipeline, and meet revenue targets.

Lead the Workforce Management product suite, manage a team of Product Managers, define customer-centric strategy and requirements, conduct market/customer research, partner with EPD and GTM teams, measure product performance, and drive growth and adoption. Travel ~25%.

Motive is seeking a competitive SMB Outbound Account Executive responsible for high volume cold calling, prospecting new business, and educating clients on Motive software to exceed sales goals.

Design, develop, debug, optimize, and validate high-performance firmware and system software for on-edge IoT platforms (Linux/Android/RTOS). Build automated and unit tests, participate in architecture discussions, and collaborate cross-functionally to validate features at scale.

Lead and scale a multi-functional platform engineering organization (SRE, Operations, Data & AI Platform, Database Engineering). Own the cloud platform and infrastructure-as-product, drive multi-quarter initiatives to improve developer velocity and reliability, solve scalability and system reliability problems, partner with product and engineering leaders, manage vendors and cost governance, and raise engineering quality and operational excellence.

Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to run weekly/quarterly business reviews, build automations and data pipelines, analyze pipeline/forecast/productivity, support territory planning, track quota/KPIs, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Lead pre-sales for large Public Sector customers: shape deal strategy with Account Executives, deliver tailored demos, design technical solutions and integrations, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win and implement enterprise deals.

Lead strategy and roadmap for platform security and data capabilities. Partner cross-functionally to discover, prioritize, and deliver features that improve security, governance, data quality, access, and platform scalability. Drive initiatives from discovery through delivery, align stakeholders, measure outcomes, and support operational readiness and product trust.

Lead enterprise sales efforts targeting Fortune 500 prospects across the Eastern U.S., build C-suite relationships, win RFPs, collaborate with internal teams, demonstrate product integrations, exceed revenue quotas, and use market and customer analytics to drive strategic account growth.

Design, develop, debug, and validate firmware and system software for on-edge IoT platforms. Work on AOSP/Android OS and Linux-based embedded systems, implement automated/unit tests, optimize multi-core firmware, participate in architecture discussions, and collaborate cross-functionally to validate features at scale.
